Why am I doing this?

Dementia has had a huge and devastating impact on our family and so many others.
We lost my sister in law when she was only 44 after a short but horrible 4 year battle with early onset dementia.
My aunt was then diagnosed, then another, and another, and then also my Mum. Yes all 4 sisters.
Mum is deteriorating rapidly which is hard for us to watch however must be so much worse for her to go through.
I saw this opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness so decided to give it a go! My target is $500 but even a couple of hundred would be awesome!
