Run For Rells
I'm joining Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to #runforrells this June. The best thing for us all is to get out in nature, enjoy the fresh air and move! It's good for our body and our brains, and that's what keeps our mum vibrant fit and healthy despite living with dementia. I'm challenging myself to walk & jog a massive 420km this June (yes, that's a lot!) because every step I take is a step for more research and hopefully eventual cure.I'm making the impossible, possible, by taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to raise much needed funds for dementia research.
